• You have 30 days from the date it is marked as delivered to let us know
• Send us a photo/video showing you received the wrong item
• Once confirmed, we’ll ship an identical complimentary item at no cost

If you order has been damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible and follow the same steps as listed above. We will ship an identical complimentary item at no cost.
