Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if items are unused, in original condition & packaging. Worn, used, or customer damaged items cannot be refunded. Shipping fees are not refundable. 

How to Return - 3 Easy Steps

1. Contact us with your order number & reason for return to request a Return Form.
2. Follow the instructions on the Return Form provided. Send the items to the address on the Return Form. Returns sent to the incorrect address cannot be refunded. 
3. Once received & inspected your refund will be processed.

Wrong or Defective Items
Contact us for assistance with incorrect or defective items. We will need a picture or video showing the wrong or defective item.

Complimentary & Size Change Items
Complimentary or size change policy disallows refunds for the original item and the complimentary item.
