At Murphy's Dublin, we believe every purchase should be perfect. If you receive the wrong item or it is damaged, we’ll make sure it gets corrected with care.

If you receive the wrong item or it is damaged:
• You have 30 days from the date it is marked as delivered to let us know
• Send us a photo/video showing you received the wrong or damaged item
• Once confirmed, we’ll ship a replacement at no cost to you
• If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue you a full refund

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make things right quickly. We’re a small husband-and-wife Irish shop, and your satisfaction means everything to us.
